Surely the pinnacle of Kappa’s work in England and Manchester City’s greatest shirt of the 1990’s, the 1997-99 Manchester City home shirt was worn during one of the top 3 moments in City’s history (see also; Aguerrrooooo/Rodri’s treble-winning strike), as Citeh won a crucial play-off final against Gillingham to seal promotion back to the second tier of English football. 2 late, late goals pushed the match to penalties, which City eventually won. 

Back in the second tier and back in the ascendancy after almost a decade of stagnation, relegation and disappointment, City were cast inextricably on a path that would lead, a decade later, to the financial takeover that pushed the blue half of Manchester into the big time once more.

Condition - Excellent, some signs of light wear including very light bobbling and a couple of loose threads. Overall, this is an iconic shirt in top condition with lots left to give.
